  • Assist our supported adults with social, educational, and work activities
  • Work with Social Workers, relatives, medical professionals, managers, and colleagues
  • Complete records and documentation of progress, incidents, and activities
  • Promote and uphold the privacy, rights, dignity, health, and wellbeing of the individuals
  • We provide 24/7 support to some people, so you will need to have flexibility to work shifts, including sleep in nights, weekends, and bank holidays
